Utah Roofing Company is an independent website owned by Techpros Marketing. Techpros Marketing receives estimate inquiries for review. Contractor availability, visits and work are confirmed separately.

Inquiry fields include the property location, roofing concern and contact details. They are used to understand and respond to the request. No payment information is requested. Confirm the actual contractor and terms before a visit or roofing work is agreed.

Form protection and processing.

Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side validation to reduce automated abuse. Accepted inquiries are processed by the site's form service for storage, review and the approved notification workflow. A confirmation of receipt is not a booking or promise of service.

Website measurement.

Google Analytics and Ahrefs analytics help measure site use on the production website. Browser and network information, pages and acquisition information may be processed by those services. The configured lead event requires an accepted-submission receipt; simply opening a thank-you page is not treated as an accepted inquiry.

Browser storage.

The site retains referral and campaign information in browser storage across navigation, including the initial landing page, referring page and campaign parameters where available. This supports attribution of an inquiry. An accepted-submission marker is short-lived and is consumed to avoid counting the same confirmation repeatedly.

Hosting and calls.

The hosting provider can process normal request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to serve and protect the site. A phone service may process call metadata or voicemail according to the actual configured phone workflow. No recording or answering arrangement is established by this notice alone.

Questions and sensitive information.

Use the contact page for questions about the website or inquiry process. Do not include sensitive financial, medical or identity documents in roofing details. Before sharing further information with a contractor, confirm who will receive it and why it is needed.
